My Story

Sometimes you follow your passions; sometimes they follow you. When I was 9 years old, I decided that I wanted to become a music teacher. The dream became all-consuming and blinding as I raced to the finish line. I graduated with my master’s degree and teaching license in just four years, but I felt off-target and unfulfilled. I started freelancing in 2013 to pay for my college tuition costs, but in reality, I was building a career and discovering my purpose.

Working from home has a lot of obvious perks, like working in my pajamas with a cat on my lap. Of course, freelance copywriting also leverages my best skills, passions, and personality traits! I’m a mega introvert, so it fills my cup to collaborate and connect with people around the world. This project-based workflow and self-determined schedule fit me perfectly. I hate procrastination and love organization, so I always deliver on time.

My distinct writing style and impeccable grammar are just the foundation. I love to dive head-first into projects, make new discoveries, and wrap my head around challenging creative concepts. Turning a simple brief and lists of facts into fully formed, engaging website content? It’s like magic!
